Sign ups will close 30 minutes before start time. We do not provide the boards, we do not maintain the boards, we do not install the boards or throwlines, We do not provide the internet to any location or the electricity. .If the camera is not working it will not allow a match to be played if it is physically not working. Effective as of March 23, 2024 we will not reply to any messages about board problems . If you think anyone is cheating then follow the steps in the disputes section of the rules.\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Arrive Early:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Ensure equipment works, the board is connected to the internet, and remote play is functioning.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Internet Problems:\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Things happen beyond our control. If you have connectivity issues with your boards and are unable to correct them before the tournament starts, you can be removed from the tournament up to 30 minutes before tournament start time with a refund. After 30 minutes before the tournament start time, no refunds will be given. If you have completed a match in the tournament and the internet goes down at your location and cannot reconnect in the next 15 min you will be forfeited from the tournament with no refund.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Player Rating:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New players\u00a0 (less than 40 games) must submit stats on the sign up form, highest known within the last 6 months, and the 7-Point Rule applies for unestablished players. (0.7 for cricket only)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the conclusion of the tournament calculations are done for individual stats on all new players that place in the money. If a player without an Iowa Darts established average on your team shoots 7 points over the supplied player rating, you will not receive winnings for the tournament payout. No matter if the team is under the cap or not. Nor will teams below them advance in placements. The placing is final.\u00a0 That payout will be added to next week\u2019s tournament (or when its tournament scheduled again) to the bounty pot. This rule is not determined until the calculations are done at the end of the tournament. It is then when the calculations are done. Player rating is figured MPR x 10 + PPD= Player rating (3.09 mpr 31 ppd is a 61.9 player rating)<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"2\">All <strong data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"536\">unestablished players<\/strong> will be monitored closely. If we determine that a player or their teammate has <strong data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"661\">multiplied stats in any way during a game<\/strong>, or if a stat is found within the current six months with an appropriate game count, that player will receive a <strong data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"789\">6-month ban<\/strong> and must be <strong data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"820\">re-established<\/strong> before competing again.<br data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"847\" \/>All decisions are at the <strong data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"900\">discretion of Iowa Darts<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No Nicknames in BullShooter app. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please\u00a0use first and\/or last name for the tournament.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>During the Tournament:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contacting Opponent:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> If you need to contact your opponent there is a contact list on the Live Bracket page of our website.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Board Sharing:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Not recommended due to forfeiture risks.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Camera &amp; Connectivity Issues:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Must be resolved before starting the game. Once the match begins, it\u2019s assumed everything is working. Once you push the start button you agree that the cameras are working. We have no control over this. The board will not allow you to play in a tournament if the camera is not physically working. Arachnid tells us If you cannot see your opponent, it is your location with the issue not your opponents. Unplug your board, wait 30 seconds, plug it in and try again.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Forfeit Guidelines:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Players must log in by the scheduled start time. At ten minutes after the match is ready you will receive a recall notice. If still not logged in after five more minutes you will be forfeited.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Misregistered Darts:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0The board\u2019s reading is final. Misregistered darts are scored as per the board. We are using the NDA Rule\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe Dart Board Is Always Right\u201d rule applies for NDA remote tournaments:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A dart thrown that sticks but does not score or appear on the darts thrown count on the monitor is scored as the board reads.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are not responsible for the boards you choose to play on<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><b>Disputes &amp; Complaints:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Disputes:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0To dispute a match, a $20 fee applies, refundable if the ruling is in your favor. Matches must continue despite the dispute.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Fouls:\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not call line or foot fouls.\u00a0 We are not responsible for measuring the lines at the locations players play on.\u00a0 We do not use camera footage to review it or where a foot throws from or lands.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cheating:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Iowa Darts has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, with a lifetime ban for offenders.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Iowa Darts social media Policy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This page is designed to assist players and share information related to Iowa Darts events. The starting bounty for each tournament may be additionally funded by Iowa Darts.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All tournaments <\/span><b>REQUIRE a minimum of six players\/teams<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the posted starting bounty to kick in.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If fewer than 6 players\/teams participate, the bounty will only consist of the money collected from bounty entry fees for said tournament, ensuring the bounty is funded by player participation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Bounty Distribution:<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Singles Events:<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the bounty reaches $200, it splits into two bounties of $100 each.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the bounty reaches $400, It splits into four bounties, and so on.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Doubles Events:<\/b><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the bounty reaches $400, it splits into two bounties of $200 each.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the bounty reaches $800, it splits into four bounties, and so on.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>How bounty team(s) are drawn:\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All teams will be entered into a random drawing to select the Bounty Team for that event.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>The Bounty Team will be posted on the bracket once they are eliminated.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The drawing will be recorded, time-tamped, and made available for 24 hours upon request for verification purposes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>How to Win the Bounty:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you or your team knocks the Bounty Team out of the Winner\u2019s Side, you receive half of the Bounty pot for that event (provided you joined the Bounty Challenge).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you or your team knocks the Bounty Team out of the Loser\u2019s Side, you receive the other half of the Bounty pot for that event (provided you joined the Bounty Challenge).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you or your team is selected as the Bounty and you win the tournament undefeated, you will receive the entire Bounty pot for that event (provided you joined the Bounty Challenge).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Additional Rules:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Bounty can be drawn from the total number of teams. A team can be drawn twice and may win both bounties if they eliminate both teams.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your team is drawn as the Bounty and you are still in the tournament, you can win the other bounties by eliminating the opposing bounty team and can also win your own bounty if you win the tournament (You will win your full bounty amount if you go undefeated in the tournament. With one loss, you will receive half and the team that defeated you will receive the other half)<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><p><strong>THE KNOCKOUT<\/strong><\/p><p>When a bounty reaches <strong>$2,500 or more<\/strong>, Iowa Darts will run <strong>two separate brackets<\/strong> due to time constraints. Each bracket will have its <strong>own payouts<\/strong>.<\/p><p>At the end of the tournament, the <strong>winner of each bracket<\/strong> will be invited to the <strong>KNOCKOUT<\/strong> match, where they will compete for an <strong>additional $100 added by Iowa Darts<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The KNOCKOUT format will be a <strong>race to 2<\/strong>.<br \/>If <strong>both teams do not participate<\/strong>, there will be <strong>no KNOCKOUT match<\/strong>, and therefore <strong>no winner or payout<\/strong> for that portion.<\/p><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><p><b>Iowa Darts Open 7.0<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Location: Riverside Casino &amp; Golf Resort<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><b>Date &amp; Time: 10am November 30th<\/b><\/p><p><b>Event Overview:<\/b><\/p><p><strong>Player Stats \u2013 The Iowa Open 7.0<\/strong><\/p><p>Your stats on the day you sign up will be used for registration purposes. However,\u00a0current averages at the time of the Iowa Open Tournament will determine eligibility. If your average increases by\u00a05 points or more\u00a0and causes you to exceed the cap of the event you signed up for,\u00a0you will not be allowed to play in that capped event.<\/p><p><strong>Points Classic:<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Top 256 Players will be invited to participate in the Points Classic Tournament at the Iowa Darts Open 6.0.
